About Maria Maloney

Maria Maloney is a Realtor and the Managing Principal of the Bishop Realtor Group.  As both the daughter and wife of military service members, Maria has lived across the globe and embraced the unique experiences that come with military life. These experiences have given her a deep appreciation for the lifestyle, as well as a personal understanding of the challenges that relocating families often face, making her an empathetic and knowledgeable advocate for her clients.

Maria began her real estate career in San Angelo, Texas, while attending Angelo State University, where she earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance with a minor in Real Estate. During her time living abroad in Italy, she worked in banking and the nonprofit sector, further strengthening her commitment to service and community.

Now settled in Wichita Falls, Maria and her husband, have found a true sense of home in the city’s “small town with big heart” atmosphere. They’re proud to raise their three children here: both daughters attend MSU Texas, and their son is currently at Barwise Junior High. She is a member of the volunteer organization, Senior Junior Forum. She enjoys spending time with friends and family, cooking, traveling, and hosting. 

Maria is passionate about all aspects of real estate, with experience in residential and commercial sales & leasing, property management, and investing. Her approachable style, strong work ethic, and diverse experience make her a trusted advisor for every stage of the real estate journey.
